Abstract:
A method for welding a low-temperature cast steel member and a ship plate comprises the following steps: a material preparation step (S10) for providing a low-temperature cast steel member (1) and a ship plate (2), performing a beveling operation on the low-temperature cast steel member (1) prior to heat treatment, and refraining from performing a beveling operation on the ship plate (2); a preheating step (S20) for preheating the above sheet materials to 100°C prior to welding; a welding step (S30) for arranging multiple layers of welding passes, each layer starting from the ship plate (2) and ending at the low-temperature cast steel member (1) until complete formation of a welded joint. The beveling operation is performed on the low-temperature cast steel member (1) prior to the heat treatment, and then the heat treatment operation can reduce stress at a bevel, thereby enhancing welding quality. In the present invention, preheating of a low-temperature cast steel member and a ship plate prior to a welding operation, maintenance of a temperature during the welding operation, and arrangement of particular welding passes facilitate reducing defects on a welded joint, effectively increase low-temperature impact resistance of a welded joint and a heat-affected zone, and ensure good welding quality. The welded joint can withstand a low-temperature impact at -60°C.
