The present invention relates to a method for winding a casting tape, and more particularly, to a method for winding a casting tape which can wind the casing tape onto a bobbin without folding the firstly wound portion of the casting tape. For this purpose, the present invention provides a method for winding the casting tape onto the circumference of the bobbin, comprising the steps of: cutting the casting tape and placing the cut tape onto the bobbin; enabling a compression rod to tightly contact the bobbin to compress the casting tape onto the bobbin; rotating the bobbin in the direction opposite the winding direction; enabling the compression rod to escape from the bobbin when the firstly wound portion of the casting tape reaches the compression rod; and rotating the bobbin in the winding direction. As described above, the method of the present invention can wind the casting tape onto the bobbin without folding the firstly wound portion of the casting tape, thus preventing the inconvenience of the operator having to unfold the folded portion of the casting tape, and enabling the casting tape to be conveniently used up until the last portion thereof.
