Description:
Method for winding the lower yarn used in a textile machine TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention is generally related to the method of formation and winding of yarns used in textile machines.

The invention is particularly related to a method of formation and winding the lower yarns from the lower and top yarns that are used for sewing and embroidery in industrial sewing and embroidery machines.

PRIOR ART

Nowadays lower and top yarns are required in order to carry out sewing and embroidery in industrial sewing and embroidery machines. The lower yarns used in said machines are formed on coils that are one kilo each and from these coils they are wound with a bobbin winding machine onto bobbins during embroidery or sewing. This leads to extra waste of labor and time as an extra winding process is carried out.

The yarn holding volume of bobbins used in industrial sewing and embroidery machines are smaller than the one kilo coils that have been mentioned. This situation leads to loss of time as less amount of yarn can be wound around the bobbin due to its volume and the bobbin needs to be changed more frequently.

In the known state of the art, the tension of the yarn varies according to the yarn amount on the bobbin. As the reduction of yarn leads to the reduction of tension, it may lead to visual impairment of the sewing or embroidery. Differences can form between the full bobbin and the bobbin that has less yarn.

The tensile strength of non-continuous fiber yarns that are being used as lower yarns in industrial sewing and embroidery machines are weaker than the continuous fiber yarns that are preferred in other applications. Although continuous fiber yarn can be wound around the coil, as the yarn does not have any piles and it is smooth the yarn has the risk of being tangled/knotted during usage. The non-continuous fiber lower yarns that have been mentioned can be wound in lower length in meters in comparison to bobbins that have higher fixed yarn retaining volumes as the yarns are higher in volume in comparison to continuous fiber yarns due to their structures.

In the known state of the art it is possible for the non-continuous fiber yarns to leave piles and fuzz during usage due to their structure wherein said yarns are used as lower yarns in industrial sewing and embroidery machines. This situation may lead to accumulation at the mobile parts of the machine in continuous usage and may lead to breakages of needles and the machine needs to be cleaned frequently.

As the winding tensions in coil winding machines are different nowadays, the meters in length of the yarn wound around the coil is not fixed. This condition prevents the concurrent ending of all the bobbins in industrial sewing and embroidery machines that use bobbins In use, when the lower yarn in a certain number of slots in the embroidery machine finishes, all of the other bobbins in the other slots are changed and the yarns left on the bobbins are assumed as wastage. In said application as the remaining yarns following the changing of bobbins are assumed as wastage this leads to increase of expenses.

As a result, developments are being carried out regarding the method for winding the lower yarn used in a textile machine, for this reason novel embodiments that can bring about solutions to the present systems and that can eliminate the disadvantages mentioned above are required.

AIM OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is related to the method of formation for the lower yarn used in a textile machine which eliminates all of the disadvantages, provides additional advantages and meets the above-mentioned requirements.

The main aim of the invention is to be able to feed the lower yarn used in a textile machine without the need for the usage of a bobbin.

One aim of the invention is to eliminate visual impairment in the sewing or embroidery due to the change of the winding tension of the lower yarn that has been wound around the bobbin.

Another aim of the invention is to eliminate the bobbins that are used and the bobbin winding costs. Another aim of the invention is to provide higher tensile strength by winding continuous fiber yarn for the lower yarn.

Another aim of the invention is to provide higher yarn meters that are higher than the unit volume of thin yarns by winding continuous fiber yarn for the lower yarn.

Another aim of the invention is to prevent accumulation of fluff inside the machine from the yarns and the breakages of needles by eliminating the need to perform frequent machinery cleaning and maintenance.

Another aim of the invention is to minimize yarn wastage as a result of finishing all lower yarns concurrently in all slots during the usage, winding and unreeling of all lower yarns at equal lengths and tensions.

The present invention aims to provide all of the advantages that can be understood from the information given above and the detailed description provided below and is related to a method of winding the lower thread from the lower and top threads in order to carry out sewing and embroidery in industrial sewing and embroidery machines, wherein the lower yarn is prepared by; yarn that is twisted with the yarn twisting machine,

• that is drawn with the yarn drawing machine,

• and fixed by the yarn fixing machine.

The invention is characterized by comprising the process steps of;

• enabling oil absorption of the yarn in order to increase the shape durability and protection,

• centerless winding carried out without using a bobbin for the yarns in a yarn winding machine,

• pressing carried out in order to protect the winding shape of the yarn in the yarn winding machine.

The structural characteristic features and all of the advantages of the invention shall be understood more clearly by means of the detailed description written by referring to the figures that have been attached below. Therefore, if an evaluation is to be carried out such evaluation should be made by taking into consideration these figures and the detailed description of this invention.
