Abstract:

A method for the zero-effluent of industrial rinse water and an apparatus used therefor are disclosed. By providing the processing tank, buffering tank (s) and each of the rinsing tanks respectively with at least one air-bubbling means, and pumping the clean air via pipeline to the respective air-bubbling means to form numerous fine air bubbles into the solutions, so as to evaporate certain amount of water from the solutions and to achieve an equilibrium between the water amount evaporated from solutions and the water amount supplied to the processing tank, the zero-effluent can be realized in the intermittent counter-flow rinse operation.
