Abstract:
Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention are methods and apparatuses for sending and receiving a service, and a network system. The method for sending a service comprises: a sending side device obtains an original data stream; insert a quantity tag k in the original data stream to generate a first data stream, the quantity tag k being used for indicating the quantity of first units in the original data stream, k being greater than or equal to zero; and send the first data stream. Transparent transmission of clock frequency and time phase information of a service is implemented in the embodiments of the present invention.
