Abstract:
Provided are methods of generating an immune cell, such as an engineered immune cell. In an aspect, provided is an in vitro method of generating stem cell-derived mesodermal cells. The method can comprise contacting a population of stem cells with a composition comprising an activator of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway (activator). The activator can be sufficient to transform the population of stem cells into a population of mesodermal cells.
