Abstract:
Provided in embodiments of the present disclosure are methods for determining and indicating a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) codebook, a terminal, and a network device. The determination method comprises: determining a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) time domain resource allocation table, wherein the PDSCH time domain resource allocation table contains at least one piece of PDSCH time domain resource allocation information, the PDSCH time domain resource allocation information at least comprises first information and second information, the first information is used to indicate a HARQ codebook, and the second information is used to indicate PDSCH time domain resources; and determining a HARQ codebook according to the first information and the second information.
