Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a method and a device for encrypting and decrypting files. The encrypting method comprises: acquiring the address information of a target file in an electronic device; acquiring geographic location range information; and according to the address information, encrypting the target file by means of the geographic location range information, so as to improve the security of the target file outside of the geographic location range corresponding to the geographic location range information. The method and device provided by the present application can solve the technical problem in the prior art that the existing method for encrypting files is insecure. The technical effect of improving the security of a confidential file is realized.
