Abstract:
A resolving solution for new multimedia service guide is provided to assist a user terminal to receive the multimedia service. A multimedia service-managing device notifies a service identifier and a service address of the multimedia service to a network server, and notifies the service identifier of the multimedia service to a multimedia service guide device. The multimedia service guide device generates a multimedia service guide containing the service identifier. After acquiring the multimedia service guide, the user terminal inquires the service address corresponding to the multimedia service from the network server based on the contained service identifier, and then acquires the multimedia service based on the service address.
