Abstract:

The present disclosure relates to a container for the production of a foamed sclerosant composition, to kits and systems including such a container, to methods for preparing a foamed sclerosant composition using such containers, and to a foamed sclerosant compositions obtainable by such methods. In an aspect, the container comprises a container body (110) and a mixing element disposed in the container body (152), such that a foaming space is defined in an interior of the container body between the sidewalls and the mixing element. The mixing element may be configured to be operatively coupled with a rotating actuator without the actuator reaching the foaming space.
