Abstract:
The present invention relates to a variety of screening methods, utilizing both biochemical and cellular assays as well as in silico assays, for use in the discovery of agents active in the treating or preventing Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infections. The invention also relates to methods of inhibiting an HCV NS5B polymerase and to the treatment and/or prevention of HCV infections with compounds having specified binding properties.
