Abstract:
Disclosed are methods for preparing a coal briquette binder using refuse leachate and for producing industrial coal briquette using the coal briquette binder. The preparation of the coal briquette binder by subjecting the refuse leachate to sulfonation and amination modification treatments and mixing same with modified rice straw can be effective to utilize products produced during refuse treatment, achieving a secondary economic benefit from the refuse treatment process. Producing the industrial coal briquette using the prepared coal briquette binder and using the industrial coal briquette as coal for boilers and metallurgy where the coal briquette is consumed in a large quantity can promote the resource utilization of refuse leachate, involves lower costs during the preparation of the coal briquette binder and improves benefits.
