Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing a graphene-based resin sphere, which comprises: mixing a solution of a graphite oxide with a solution of a resin sphere to obtain a solution of a graphene oxide resin sphere, then filtering and drying same so as to obtain a powder of the graphene oxide resin sphere, and then using a flash lamp to perform exposure and reduction so as to obtain the graphene-based resin sphere. Also provided is a method for preparing a conductive frame adhesive, wherein the graphene-based resin sphere and a frame adhesive are subjected to mixing, stirring and defoaming processes. The method uses a green and environmentally friendly flash lamp exposure method to reduce the graphene oxide. The process is simple and easily controlled, can effectively reduce the cost, and can be used for a large-scale production.
