Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a thermoplastic resin sizing agent, which is stable even at low temperatures, through a gelled thermoplastic resin, and a method for preparing a fiber-reinforced complex material with an improved wetting property by sizing a surface of a fiber using the thermoplastic resin sizing agent. The present invention can improve the wetting degree of the sizing agent by preparing a thermoplastic resin sizing agent with stability at approximately room temperature. Therefore, the sizing agent of the present invention can increase the interfacial adhesion strength between the fiber and the thermoplastic resin, thereby improving mechanical properties of the fiber-reinforced complex material, and allows a room-temperature process, thereby improving economic efficiency.
