Abstract:
Methods for proliferation of antigen-specific T cells are provided. Said methods include following steps: generating immunogen specific T cells against immunogen A peptide-MHC complex (pMHC) by using immunogen A to stimulate T cells; introducing encoding gene of immune recognition molecule recognizing target antigen B pMHC into the immunogen A specific T cell; generating the bi-specific T cells recognizing both target immunogen A pMHC and target antigen B pMHC; stimulating the bi-specific T cells by immunogen A for proliferation. Methods of the present invention can be applied to greatly produce various kinds of target antigen-specific immune cells, which will be used for immune infusion therapy of diseases such as multi-types of tumors and so on.
