The present invention relates to a method for incinerating waste and a system for ash of incinerating waste, which is characterized in that the system comprises a conveyer belt for distribution. The upper of said conveyer belt is disposed with a ash tank, a coal ash tank, a diatomite tank, a ash removing tank in turn, a sludge tank. The export end of the conveyer belt for distribution is disposed with a columnar blender, the export end of said columnar blender is disposed with a conveyer belt for transporting waste, the export end of said conveyer belt is disposed with a disc-type pelletizing machines, the export end of said disc-type pelletizing machines is disposed with a conveyer belt for transporting the haydites, the export end of said conveyer belt is disposed with a dryer, the export end of said dryer is disposed with a conveyer belt for transporting the dried haydite, the conveyer belt connects with the haydite tank, said haydite tank connects with the incinerator through the conveyer belt. The glass dust, the ash and the sludge as the primary material are made into the haydite, said haydite and waste material are put into the incinerator and incinerate the haydite taking the waste as the fuel.
