Abstract:
Provided are a micro-alloyed spring steel and a preparation method thereof. The chemical composition of the spring steel is: C: 0.48-0.55%; Si: 0.15-0.35%; Mn: 0.95-1.20%; Cr: 1.00-1.25%; Mo: 0.15-0.25%; V: 0.15-0.25%; Nb: 0.03-0.05%; Pb, Sn, Zn, Sb and Bi≤0.03%; O 2 and H 2≤25ppm; S and P ≤ 0.02%; Cu≤0.2%; Ni≤0.35%; the remainder being Fe. The preparation method is as follows: smelting, refining, vacuum degassing, continuous casting and cooling into steel ingots, steel ingot stripping, heating and continuous rolling, controlled cooling, quenching and tempering, so as to obtain spring steel products.
