Abstract:
Disclosed are a micro-arc oxidized, self-closing-pore, active coating of a magnesium-based implant material and a preparation method therefor. Most of the pores formed in the coating by micro-arc oxidation discharge are directly filled by substances containing calcium and phosphorous. The coating has a high density, and both the porous structure formed by discharge and the filling compounds in the pores have identical chemical components. The atomic content percentages of calcium and phosphorous elements contained at the surface respectively reaches 3%-6% and 9%-15%, and the elements of calcium, phosphorous and fluorine contained in the coating can improve the biological activity of the coating. The method can be used as surface treatment for various magnesium-implant materials.
