Title:
MICRO-CHANNEL DEVICE MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND MICRO-CHANNEL DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/009493
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a micro-channel device manufacturing method that enables simple manufacture of a micro-channel device having a pair of opposing electrodes on channel-side wall surfaces defining a channel. The micro-channel device manufacturing method comprises a step for: providing a cover film 6 on the front surface of a base film 1, on which an electrode pattern 5 comprising a metal thin film 3 has been formed, so as to obtain a channel-formation laminate 10; punching holes along the shape of a channel 12a so as to cut a portion of the electrode pattern 5 of the obtained channel-formation laminate 10, thereby forming a punched-hole part 12 where at least a pair of opposing electrodes 16a, 16b are exposed at a portion of a punched-and-cut surface; providing a first planar member 18, that defines a bottom surface of the channel 12a, on a rear-surface side of the channel-formation laminate 10 in which the punched-hole part 12 has been formed; and providing a second planar member 19, that defines a top surface of the channel 12a, on a front-surface side of the channel-formation laminate 10.
