Abstract:
The present invention provides a micro check valve apparatus (100) connected to a micro channel device, the micro check valve apparatus being provided with: a board (101); a chamber (10) positioned inside the board, and having an upper surface having a projection (11), and a tapered portion (10a) positioned in the lower part thereof; a micro discharge channel (102) joined to the side of the chamber; a micro introduction channel (103) joined to the tapered portion of the chamber; and a spherical valve (200) positioned in the tapered portion.
