Abstract:
A micro-electromechanical light valve, a display screen, and a display device. The micro-electromechanical light valve comprises a fixed grating (13) and a movable grating (14), the fixed grating (13) being fixed on a substrate. The movable grating (14) is disposed on and parallel to the fixed grating (13), and is displaceable relative to the fixed grating (13) in a plane where the movable grating (14) is located so as to adjust the size of a slit, through which light passes, between the fixed grating (13) and the movable grating (14). The display screen can switch between a dark state and a bright state and maintain the brightness uniformity and stability of the display screen at the same time, simplify a drive circuit, and improve a pixel aperture ratio.
