Abstract:
A micro-fluidic chip, device and method for chemiluminescent immunoassay. The micro-fluidic chip comprises: a bottom plate (6), and a first liquid inlet channel (1), a second liquid inlet channel (2), a third liquid inlet channel (3), an immune reaction tank (4), and a light-emitting reaction pool (5) formed on a first surface of the bottom plate. A discharging end of the immune reaction pool (4) is communicated with a liquid inlet end of the light-emitting reaction pool (5), and a primer (9) is provided in the immune reaction pool (4). The primer (9) is used for fixing an antigen-antibody complex generated in the immune reaction pool (4). A liquid outlet end of the first liquid inlet channel (1) is communicated with the liquid inlet end of the immune reaction pool (4), and the first fluid inlet channel (1) is used for introducing the antigen and antibody to be tested into the immune response pool (4). The liquid outlet end of the second liquid inlet channel (2) is communicated with the liquid inlet end of the immune response pool (4), and the second liquid inlet channel (2) is used for introducing an alkaline solution into the immune response pool (4).The liquid outlet end of the third liquid inlet channel (3) is communicated with the liquid inlet end of the light-emitting reaction pool (5), and the third liquid inlet channel (3) is used for introducing an oxidant solution into the light-emitting reaction pool (5).
