Abstract:
The present invention relates to a micro-fuse for protecting against overcurrent and a manufacturing method therefor, the micro-fuse having a plurality of pattern electrodes arranged on a substrate, adjusting each resistance ratio so as to suitably control temperature distribution, and comprising: the substrate having first to fourth port electrodes respectively formed on four surfaces; the plurality of pattern electrodes formed to respectively extend from two port electrodes facing each other among the first to fourth port electrodes in the longitudinal direction, and alternately arranged at a predetermined interval while not coming into contact with each other; a heater layer for covering upper parts of the plurality of pattern electrodes; a contact layer and an adhesive layer respectively formed at upper parts of two port electrodes having the pattern electrodes and at the upper part of the heater layer; and a wire formed at the upper part of each adhesive layer.
