Abstract:
Disclosed are a micro-interface strengthened reaction system and a method for preparing polyethylene by means of a solution method. The system comprises: a pre-polymerization reactor (10) and a polymerization reactor (20) connected in sequence, wherein a pre-polymerization micro-interface generator (101) is provided on the pre-polymerization reactor (10), and a micro-interface generating unit is provided on the polymerization reactor (20); and further comprises a desolventizing tower (70), wherein the desolventizing tower (70) is used to remove solvents and impurities from the polyethylene product, a polyethylene inlet (7010) is provided in the middle of the desolventizing tower (70), the polyethylene inlet (7010) is connected to the bottom outlet of a flash tank (4020), and a nitrogen micro-interface generator (701) is provided inside the desolventizing tower (70) for dispersing and crushing high-temperature nitrogen into microbubbles. By providing both a pre-polymerization micro-interface generator (101) on the pre-polymerization reactor (10) and a micro-interface generating unit on the polymerization reactor (20), the mass transfer area between the gas phase and the liquid phase material is increased, the reaction efficiency is improved, and the energy consumption is reduced, and also, the mixing of the gas-liquid phase is more homogeneous, the homogeneity of the resulting polyethylene is higher, and the product quality is improved.
