Abstract:
Disclosed are a micro-LED display screen and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially growing a N-type GaN layer (2), a quantum well light-emitting layer (3) and a P-type GaN layer (4) on a sapphire substrate (1); sequentially etching the P-type GaN layer (4), the quantum well light-emitting layer (3) and the N-type GaN layer (2) from top to bottom to form a first trench (20); growing and etching an ITO layer (5) on an upper surface of the P-type GaN layer (4) to form a second trench (30); forming an N-type contact electrode (6) in the first trench (20); forming, on an upper surface of the N-type contact electrode (6) and in the second trench (30) respectively, a reflective electrode (7) that has a longitudinal section with a wider top and a narrower bottom; depositing and etching an insulating layer (8) on a surface of a micro-LED chip to expose the reflective electrodes (7); and soldering a drive circuit board to the reflective electrodes (7). The reflective electrodes (7) have a cross-section with a wider top and a narrower bottom, thereby increasing the contact area of the reflective electrodes and solder, enhancing the soldering binding strength of the micro-LED chip, and improving the yield of the Micro-LED display.
