Abstract:
A micro machine switch is provided to switch electric connection between signal
electrodes in response to a control signal from an outside. The control signal
is comprised of a first control signal for connecting the signal electrodes for
a signal to pass and a second control signal for cutting off the electric connection
between the signal electrodes. The micro machine switch is provided with a substrate;
a rotating member rotatably provided on the substrate; a movable electrode provided
on the rotating member; a first signal electrode, wherein one end of the first
signal electrode is connected with one end of the movable electrode while the
other end is connected with the substrate; a second signal electrode provided
around the rotating member at a position where the other end of the movable electrode
is connected with the second signal electrode by rotation of the rotating member;
and a driving unit for rotating the rotating member until a position where the
other end of the movable electrode electrically is connected with the second
signal electrode in accordance with the first control signal and for rotating
the rotating member until a position where the other end of the movable electrode
is electrically disconnected from the second signal electrode in accordance
with the second control signal.
