Abstract:
A micro machine switch comprises at least two distributed-constant lines (21a, 21b) adjacent to one another; a movable member (11) opposed to and above the corresponding distributed-constant lines and adapted to allow high-frequency connection between the distributed-constant lines when it is in contact with them; and driving means (4) for displacing the movable member by electrostatic force to bring it in touch with the distributed-constant lines. The movable member is cut at least one side toward at least one of the distributed-constant lines to form at least two projections (32a to 32d) on its end. The projections are opposed to the corresponding distributed-constant line.
