Abstract:
Disclosed is a micro-movement universal limiting switch, comprising a housing. A normally open connector, a normally closed connector and a common connector, one end of each of same extending out of the housing, are arranged in the housing. A moving contact piece, which is electrically connected to the common connector, is correspondingly arranged between stationary contacts of the normally open connector and the normally closed connector, and can be communicated in a switching manner, and a guide assembly for limiting the motion trajectory of the moving contact piece are arranged in the housing, wherein an elastic assembly for generating an elastic force to drive the motion of the moving contact piece and a trigger assembly are sequentially connected to the moving contact piece in a linkage manner, and the elastic assembly has an arc-shaped contact face in contact with an inclined face of the guide assembly. The micro-movement universal limiting switch realizes switch switching by using an elastic assembly as a drive for the switch, so as to generate an elastic force, and during switching, a downward pressure is generated between an arc-shaped contact face and an inclined face of a guide assembly, said pressure acting on a moving contact piece, such that the phenomenon whereby the switch flashes or is powered off due to small movements generated by a force balance and which instantaneously occurs when the moving contact piece jumps from a normally closed state to a normally open state or from a normally open state to a normally closed state is avoided.
