Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the field of micro-nano devices. Disclosed are a micro-nano device, a preparation method, and a display apparatus. The micro-nano device comprises a micro-nano structure unit. The micro-nano structure unit comprises: a substrate, which is provided with a light-incident face and a light-emergent face that are arranged opposite each other; a first electrode layer, which is located on the side where the light-emergent face of the substrate is located, and comprises a plurality of first electrodes; a second electrode layer, which is located on the side of the first electrode layer that faces away from the substrate, and comprises a plurality of second electrodes that are arranged corresponding to the plurality of first electrodes on a one-to-one basis, wherein the plurality of first electrodes and the plurality of second electrodes correspond to a plurality of light control areas; a tunable dielectric layer, which is located between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer, wherein the absorption resonance frequency of the tunable dielectric layer is changed under the driving of an electric field between the first electrodes and the second electrodes, such that the transmission intensity of light in the micro-nano structure unit is changed; and an absorption layer, which selectively absorbs light in different areas in the plurality of light control areas, such that the orientation of light passing through the micro-nano structure unit is changed.
