Abstract:
A micro-particle sound-absorbing board and a preparation method therefor. The micro-particle sound-absorbing board comprises a binding agent and sound-absorbing particles. The outer surfaces of the sound-absorbing particles are coated with a layer of the binding agent, and the angular coefficient of the particles coated with the binding agent is smaller than 1.3. The sound-absorbing particles comprise skeleton particles and filling particles, the skeleton particles are used for forming a skeleton of the sound-absorbing board, the filling particles enter pores among the skeleton particles to form sound-absorbing gaps, and the average diameter of a cross section of the sound-absorbing gap is 0.07 mm. The preparation method adopts a two-section manufacturing process, that is, first film-coating and then curing and shaping, to avoid an excessive amount of the binding agent from blocking the gaps among the particles and further improve the angular coefficient of the particles.
