Abstract:
A micro speaker include a planar diaphragm (10), spacers (9) (19) respectively disposed at one side surface of the planar diaphragm, an upper plate (5) and a lower plate (15), one or more magnets (7) and a circuit board (3). The planar diaphragm includes a vibrating diaphragm (1) and a coil conductor (2). The coil conductor is stretched and bonded onto the vibrating diaphragm via an adhesive layer (11) on the upper side surface of the planar diaphragm; the coil conductor is electrically connected to the circuit board. The speaker in this present invention can get a diameter of 15mm or less, and a height is 5mm or less.
