Abstract:
A micro-powder dry magnetic separator, relating to the technical field of mineral magnetic separation. The micro-powder dry magnetic separator comprises a housing (3); a rotatable outer roller (4) and a rotary magnetic system (5) are provided in the housing (3), and the rotary magnetic system (5) is arranged in the outer roller (4); the housing (3) is provided with a tailing discharging port and a feeding port (301), and the feeding port (301) feeds materials to the outer roller (4). An air locking valve (2) is provided at the tailing discharging port. An air inlet (302) and an air outlet (303) are further formed in the housing, the air outlet (303) can form negative pressure on a working face of the outer roller (4), so that an ore concentrate sorting area and an ore concentrate negative pressure discharging area (H) are formed on the outer roller (4) in the circumferential direction, and ore concentrate in the ore concentrate negative pressure discharging area (H) is discharged out of the air outlet (303) along with airflow. According to the magnetic separator, ore concentrate on the surface of the outer roller (4) is sucked away by means of local negative pressure to achieve the effect of automatic ore discharging, complete discharging can be achieved, the ore separation efficiency of the magnetic separator is effectively improved, and the service life of the magnetic separator is effectively prolonged.
