Abstract:
The present invention relates to a micro powder-reinforced, polyurethane-based, high-strength, waterproof, thermal-insulation decorative integrated material and a preparation method therefor. The material is a closed-cell material prepared by using polyurethane as a matrix resin, adding a large number of micro powder particles and multiple compounding agents, grinding and controlling foaming. The material can be made into a coating, a roll, a board, or a block by means of brush coating, spray coating, or pouring. The prepared material can be red, yellow, blue, black, white, etc after being adjusted by a colorant. The material combines the advantages of a high waterproof effect, an excellent thermal-insulation property and a decorative effect, high strength, good corrosion resistance and flame resistance. The coating made of the material has an adequate bonding strength to a base and high surface finish. The roll made of the material has good flexibility and can be used for waterproofing and thermal insulation of newly-built or existing houses, tunnels, underground facilities and the like. The board made of the material can be any type of building board that has a stone grain decoration effect and is obtained by bonding sand particles to the surface of damp-dry slurry. The material has low costs and good market prospects.
