Abstract:
A micro-resistance and high-sensitivity check valve (600) and a manufacturing method therefor, relating to the field of check valves for air breathing pipes and the like. A sealing surface, a support and fixing bar (634), and a support blocking bar (637) in a check valve main cylinder (630) are cut into concave surfaces having the same curvature; the central axis of an elastic valve sheet (680) is fixed on the support and fixing bar (634); two valve sheets can be lifted up and opened under a slight acting force, and air can smoothly pass through; when there is no certain external acting force, the elastic valve sheet having two bent sides recovers to be straight; the elastic valve sheets are blocked by a concave sealing curved surface (636) when recovering to be straight and are snap fit with the curved surface to seal a pipe. The check valve (600) adopts elastic thin valve sheets (681), and the breathing resistance is low; the concave curved surface is adopted, the valve sheets implement high-sensitivity rebound sealing, and the noise is low. The check valve adopts a cylindrical design and is mainly used for opening an air passage in one way, and pipes on two sides of a respirator are respectively provided with check valves which are mutually inverted, so that one side is opened while the other side is closed during inhalation; during exhalation, the opposite is true, so that the one-way flow of breathing air is realized.
