A micro torque measuring device and method. In the micro torque measuring method, a probe (2) is connected to an elastic member (4). By driving an object to be measured to rotate and causing the probe (2) to rotate by means of the elastic member (4), or by directly driving the probe (2) to rotate, two angles can be measured, and a torque is calculated on the basis of the difference between the two angles. The micro torque measuring device comprises a bracket (1), a probe (2), an angle measuring mechanism (3), an elastic member (4), and a driving mechanism (5); the probe (2) is used to be connected to an object to be measured, and the probe (2) is rotatable around its own central axis and connected to the bracket (1); one end of the elastic member (4) is connected to the probe (2), and the elastic member (4) is used for generating a torque corresponding to the deformation thereof so as to balance the torque applied to the probe (2); the angle measuring mechanism (3) is used for measuring the angle change of the probe (2); and the driving mechanism (5) can drive the object to be measured to rotate and bring the probe (2) to rotate by means of the elastic member (4), or directly drive the probe (2) to rotate. By calculating the corresponding torque to be measured on the basis of the difference between the two angles, the measurement precision may be effectively improved and a micro torque may be precisely measured. The device has a simple structure.
