Abstract:
Disclosed are a microalloyed high-toughness low-density steel and a preparation method therefor. One or more of the following microalloyed elements including V, Nb, Ti and Mo are distributed in an iron-based austenite microstructure of an Fe-Mn-Al-C alloy system, and the microalloyed elements and C in the Fe-Mn-Al-C alloy system are precipitated in the form of carbides from austenite grains and/or austenite grain boundaries, which facilitates the effective combination of the high toughness and low density of the low-density steel.
