Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a microanalysis chip capable of stable analysis. Provided is a microanalysis chip with a channel area surrounded by channel walls located inside a porous substrate, characterized in that the channel area has a first channel chamber, a second channel chamber, and a channel connecting the first and second channel chambers, a reference electrode is disposed in the first channel chamber, an action electrode is disposed in the second channel chamber, and an electrolyte is located upstream of the reference electrode with respect to the direction of travel of a specimen in the channel area.
