Abstract:
Disclosed are a Microbacterium paraoxydans ECO-2 and a use of same in the preparation of an enzyme preparation for repairing soil contaminated with polychlorinated biphenyl contaminated. The Microbacterium paraoxydans ECO-2 was deposited in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on 01 June 2018 with the strain deposit number of CGMCC No. 15836. The Microbacterium paraoxydans ECO-2 strain can degrade low chloro- and high chloro-polychlorinated biphenyl by means of an intracellular complex enzyme obtained after the culture induction of a biphenyl single substrate under aerobic conditions, wherein the polychlorinated biphenyl comprises 2,4,4'-trichlorobiphenyl (PCB28), 2,2', 4,5,5'-pentachlorobiphenyl (PCB101) and/or 2,3,4, 4',5-pentachlorobiphenyl (PCB114).
