Abstract:
Disclosed are a microbial adhesion-rate regulator and application thereof, relating to the field of biotechnology. Said microbial adhesion-rate regulator is suitable for regulating the adhesion rate of micro-organisms to a mucous membrane or skin and contains a surfactant, and the concentration of said surfactant is lower than its critical micelle concentration (CMC). The microbial adhesion-rate regulator increases the probability and speed of microbial contact with mucosal cells or skin cells. At the same time, the surfactant changes the surface hydrophobicity of micro-organisms, increases the adhesion rate of beneficial micro-organisms to mucosal epithelial cells or to the skin stratum corneum, making it easy for such micro-organisms to colonize the mucous membrane or the skin and facilitating the continuous and long-lasting functionality of the micro-organisms; the invention has broad prospects for application.
