Title:
MICROBUBBLE GENERATION NOZZLE AND MICROBUBBLE GENERATION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/084301
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A microbubble generation nozzle (2) provided with, in succession in order from the upstream side of a nozzle channel (20), a first tapered part (212), a first throat part (213), a first enlarged part (221), a second tapered part (222), a second throat part (223), a second enlarged part (231), a third tapered part (232), a third throat part (233) and a third enlarged part (234). A pressurized liquid, in which a gas has been pressurized and dissolved, is accelerated in the first tapered part and jetted from the first throat part toward the first enlarged part. Thus, the gas dissolved in the pressurized liquid is deposited in the liquid as microbubbles and the microbubbles are further micronized. The microbubble-containing liquid is accelerated in the second tapered part and jetted from the second throat part toward the second enlarged part. Next, the microbubble-containing liquid is accelerated in the third tapered part and jetted from the third throat part toward the third enlarged part. Thus, the microbubbles are further micronized. As a result, a large amount of microbubbles can be stably generated.
