Abstract:
Provided are microcapsules which are provided with: shells which have a three-dimensional crosslinked structure including at least one kind of bonds selected from urethane bonds and urea bonds; and cores which include a no more than bifunctional polymerizable compound, a trifunctional or greater polymerizable compound, and a photopolymerization initiator. The proportion of the no more than bifunctional polymerizable compound is at least 20 mass% of the total mass of the no more than bifunctional polymerizable compound and the trifunctional or greater polymerizable compound. Also provided are: an aqueous dispersion; a production method for the aqueous dispersion; and an image formation method in which these are used.
