Title:
MICROCHANNEL CHIP AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/065210
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a microchannel chip and a method for manufacturing the same, whereby a specific component can be separated from a trace amount of a sample without imparting centrifugal force or other kinematic effects from outside. This microchannel chip is characterized by comprising a plate-shaped body having inside thereof a first flow channel through which flows a liquid sample, and a second flow channel communicated with the first flow channel and formed branching from the first flow channel, the second flow channel having a width enabling a specific component to be separated from the sample flowing through the first flow channel, the second flow channel being connected to a measurement part filled with the specific component separated from the sample, the width of the first flow channel being 10 µm to 1000 µm, and the width of the second flow channel being 0.1 µm to 5 µm.
