Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a microchannel device and applications thereof, the microchannel device comprising: a first base part which has a defining surface for defining a channel and contains a polymer containing a fluorine atom; and a second base part which has a defining surface for defining the channel together with the defining surface of the first base part, has solvent resistance, and is in contact with the first base part, wherein the arithmetic average roughness Ra of the surface of the first base part exposed by peeling the second base part from the first base part is at least 1 μm.
