Abstract:
The present invention relates to a microchannel-type aluminum heat exchanger and a manufacturing method therefor, the exchanger and method being capable of: increasing heat exchange efficiency since a heat exchange tube is formed in a microchannel shape; increasing the utilization of a space since a heat exchanger produced by forming the microchannel-shaped heat exchange tube in a coil spring shape has a reduced volume compared to that of a conventional heat exchanger, thereby enabling an installation space of the heat exchanger to be reduced; and increasing productivity through simplification of a structure and improving economic efficiency through a reduction in manufacturing costs since the heat exchanger, which has the heat exchange tube formed in a coil spring shape, does not have a header.
