A microchemical system chip member obviating the need for alignment at each measurement, enhancing measurement sensitivity, and decreasing measurement variation and a microchemical system using the chip are provided. A thermal lens spectral analysis system (10) comprises a microchemical chip (2) having a groove (1) where a submerged sample is placed, a rod lens (3) disposed above the groove (1) of the microchemical chip (2) with a predetermined interval, a lens holder (9) disposed above the microchemical chip (2), a fixing part (4), an optical fiber (5), a ferrule (6) fixed above the rod lens (3) by a fixing part (4), a light source unit (7) coupled to the optical fiber (5), and a detector (8) disposed below the microchemical chip (2). The fixing part (4) has a base (32) placed on the microchemical chip (2) and a metallic split sleeve (33) on which the ferule (6) and the lens holder (9) are fitted.
