Title:
MICROCHIP AND DEVICE FOR QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF ANTIGEN, AND METHOD FOR QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF ANTIGEN USING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/093542
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for quantitative analysis of an antigen, the method comprising the steps of: mixing a target antigen-containing sample to be analyzed, magnetic particles onto which a first antibody conducting an antigen-antibody reaction with the target antigen is immobilized, and beads onto which a second antibody different from the first antibody is immobilized; loading the mixed sample to be analyzed onto a microchip for quantitative analysis of an antigen; introducing the microchip for quantitative analysis of an antigen into a digital indicating microscopy-based detector comprising a magnetic power receiving portion, followed by applying magnetic power to the magnetic power receiving portion; and detecting the beads by means of the image acquired by the detector to count the number of the target antigens.
