Abstract:
Microcrystalline glass prepared from hazardous solid wastes, and a preparation method therefor. In the preparation method, heavy metals in the hazardous solid wastes are used as nucleating agents, and compounding, fusion, rolling, nucleation, crystallization and annealing are conducted to acquire the microcrystalline glass. The method has the advantages that the heavy metal elements in waste incineration ash, stainless steel slag, stainless steel acid pickling sludge, electroplating sludge, chromium slag, lead-zinc smelting slag and coal ash are stabilized and solidified; the pollution is avoided; meanwhile, high-additional-value microcrystalline glass is obtained; the harmless high-value application of the hazardous solid wastes is realized; and the method has environmental protection and economic benefits.
