Abstract:
A microfluidic apparatus includes a first substrate (101); a microfluidic layer (109) on the first substrate (101) and defining a microfluidic channel (1090), wherein the first substrate (101) having a first side (1011) closer to the microfluidic layer (109), and a second side (1012) away from the microfluidic layer (109), the first side (1011) and the second side (1012) opposite each other; a plurality of detectors (1100) on one side of the microfluidic channel (1090) away from the first substrate (101); a unitary grating plate (103) on the second side (1012) of the first substrate (101) and including a plurality of grating blocks (1030) of different wavelength selectivity; and a light extraction layer (104) including a plurality of light extractors (1040) on the first side (1011) of the first substrate (101) and configured to extract light diffracted by the plurality of grating blocks (1030) out of the first substrate (101).
