Title:
MICROFLUIDIC CHIP-BASED ISOELECTRIC FOCUSING BASED ON CONTACTLESS CONDUCTIVITY DETECTION AND REQUIRING NO PUMPS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/182082
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to isoelectric focusing and, more specifically, to a technique for analyzing a charged molecule by using isoelectric focusing based on a contactless conductivity detection method. According to the present invention, a conventional protein analysis system, which depends on bulky and expensive optical equipment such as a fluorescence microscope, can be improved. In addition, the present invention can be implemented to enable a microfluidic chip device to be portable and enable point of care, according to the miniaturization and simplification of a protein analysis system.
