Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure is a microfluidic chip, comprising: a carrier and an NFC coil provided on the carrier. A flow path is provided in the carrier. The flow path is separated from the NFC coil. The flow path comprises at least one detection window area. A stationary phase is provided in the detection window area. The stationary phase is used for specifically capturing a target detection object. The detection window area at least partly overlaps the NFC coil in the thickness direction of the carrier. Also provided in the present disclosure are a detection method for the microfluidic chip, and a micro total analysis system. The present disclosure allows a detection result to be acquired in a quick and timely manner.
